@Chuck, Ouch! That was a little rough. Hey, I get where you’re coming from, and I tend to agree with you: I’d much rather look at photo spreads where there’s, well, an acutal spread 🙂 Of course, if SCORE automatically turned down every model that wouldn’t show pink the first time out, then they’d probably be severely constricting the pool of models. Maybe Leanne Crow will eventually get the courage to take the next step. Too early to tell . . .
But I do agree with your original point about not really feeling she deserves the ranking she got. My criteria, though, would be that she doesn’t yet have the body of work (so to speak) to deserve it, compared to a lot of models with extensive careers in the page of TSG magazines. But what can you do? You can’t blame the editors. It was a subscriber poll, and sometimes you just have to accept that there are a lot of people out there who feel differently than we do.

@Joey, You make a really good point, but you really can’t blame this one on the readers: There was only one black model on the ballot (Miosotis). You can’t rank someone if you can’t vote for them.
Although, now that I think of it, maybe you CAN blame some other voters. Twenty of the 50 models on the ballot were those ranked in last year’s All-Naturals poll.
It would be easy to rationalize that the majority of voters were white and preferred white models. But that’s too easy a way out . . . if there was no interest in black models, then SCORE wouldn’t feature so many voluptuous and sexy black women on its pages.
In the end, you’re never going to have a truly representative ranking, or one that reflects history, if you go the popular-vote route. It’s true whether you’re voting for the baseball All-Star team or our favorite big boobs. You just have to accept it for the fun little exercise that it was. And then go to the Scoreland models page and salivate over the likes of Janet Jade, Sierra and Delotta Brown . . .
Another year, another vote, and once again Score readers completely ignore the black models that were a big part of Score history. Not a single black model made the top 20. Sammie Black, Jenny Hill, Janet Jade, Sierra, Amanda White, Africa Sexxx – I could go on. What will it take for the readers to acknowledge them? So Natalie Fiore made a bigger splash than the likes of Jenny Hill, Janet Jade and Sammie Black in the pages of your mags? Really?
@ca, The reason I don’t think Leanne Crow should be #9 or even in the mag at all is that she doesn’t even show her pussy let alone pink! Yes she does have a set of tits (real or otherwise don’t know) but most girls in Score have good looking tits. Her face is not all that great and neither is her bod. @CA UK, No need to qualify that, I’m not exactly a spring chicken myself 🙂 For me, it’s a matter of storage space. After awhile, the magazines tend to pile up. It’s so much more convenient to have it all neatly tucked away on the hard drive . . . not to mention the pleasure of coming across an old photo layout that I really enjoyed from 15 years ago and finding 55-60 images instead of just the half dozen that made the magazine.
@babyblueeyes, thanks for the reply, im old school and remain a mgazine reader, only been buying score and v-mag since 2002 but it wasnt easy to find back then here in the uk. Havent missed an issue of score since 2006. Im a bit of an old fart ha ha so not really part of the computer generation.

It is interesting that there are all these different levels of exposure and activity here at SCORE, from topless-only photos all the way to XXX videos. I suppose the editors will accomodate those who aren’t willing to show pink because a) they might be so lovely or desirable that it’s worth it just to get them on film on their own terms, and b) there’s always the hope they may eventually change their minds. There’s an amusing blog post somewhere in the archives about Brandy Talore, and how she initially was sure she wouldn’t be willing to cross a certain line, and now she’s a decorated veteran of many porn videos.
I definitely prefer that a model sheds all her clothes, and SCORE always seems to do a good job of presenting full nudity in both a tasteful and erotic way. Elliott: That’s interesting, and seems to make a startment about both generational attitudes and technology. One would think that the magazine poll would have a heavier number of older, long-time readers voting, while the Scoreland poll would skew younger, with perhaps a great allegiance to more recent models. Whether or not that’s true, it does seem to be reflected that way in the voting.

I’m still in disbelief that Leanne Crow is the #9 model…… for the last twenty years!?!?!? Really? Somebody please wake me from this nightmare! That being said, I really wonder how fair this socalled voting really is! In my humble opinion, there are many models that should have been in the top 20 that didn’t make it and some that should’nt that did. But all that aside, my favorite model of the last 20 years is Karina Hart. Her body, smile, personality and attitude are just perfect! And Minka is a legend, a long-time fixture, one of the most remarkable of the slim and stacked models as well as being a much-loved personality.
The idea that one of them (again, at least) is going to go unranked is almost beyond comprehension 🙂

Leanne Crow n°1!
I pulled up the blog and saw the image…LDM. My FIRST thought was, she’s it. Along with many, I believe, feel and find her to be THE one. I think what makes me feel this way is that teh feelings defy words and can’t be described. Lindsey Dawn McKenzie is IT, and she just is. Then, in a nano second, my mind reviews her journey and all I can recall is shoot after shoot after shoot of the HIGHEST quality. She is the Gold Standard, the Line of Demarcation, the Benchmark and, the Ultimate. Arguable, yes. TSG sports the Most Beautiful women in the World, so the assertion is a tall one….so yes, arguable. However, her journey and career arc are massive with tremendous luminescense and it’s not easy to find a parallel. My vote for crown, #1 and simply the most beautiful of all, in totality, is, the one and only LDM, a legend of excruciating beauty and charizma. Let the lambasting of me begin, step right up my brethren.
