Out of those, “Arm under and lifting” is probably my favorite, but “Squeezing together from the sides” and “Lifting one up higher than the other” are very nice too. I do like it when they grab and squeeze their boobs.

I prefer the “Arm in Cleavage” or “Arm Under and Lifting” pose.
