I don’t know why the name Colt 45 popped into my head this morning. It’s not her birthday. I’m not expecting the phone to ring today and hear her voice.
I mean the three-time SCORE magazine covergirl and former feature dancer. Not the malt liquor. You SCORE veterans remember her well.
I haven’t heard from Colt 45 or anything about her in a long time. I haven’t seen Colt since 2007. Colt was never one for emails and I’d be shocked if she was on any of those social network sites because she doesn’t seem the social networking type, Tweeting every day.
Colt used to talk about the glory days of big-bust feature dancing in the 1990s and she really loved the action, traveling from city to city. She enjoyed the guys who came out to see her at places like Private Eyes in New York City. She enjoyed the camaraderie between her fellow dancers when she got together with them for a midnight meal after their shows. Every dancer I know loves her, from Alyssa Alps to Minka.
How many SCORE Girls can you name?
I used to go to Flashdancers and other clubs to see SCORE Girls perform on stage. Those were great years, starting around 1989 and lasting through the ’90s until most club managers stopped booking the big-bust dancers in the 2000’s.
The dancers that were stacked like Colt built a personal following from being on the road and featuring at clubs three weeks a month that today’s web-cam models sitting in their bedrooms can never experience.

One of the last shows Colt did was in 2006 at an event called “Boobapalooza” at the La Boheme Gentlemen’s Cabaret in Denver, Colorado. She was with Maxi Mounds, Crystal Gunns and Kayla Kupcakes. This may have been the last of the mega-busty group shows at a strip club. Except for a handful of busty feature dancers such as Stephanie Stalls, the party’s over. For now, anyway. I was happy to hear from one of our readers that he recently met Rachel Rocketts dancing in a club called Bouzouki in Detroit.
I hope Colt’s enjoying life back in Corpus Christi, Texas and doing her two favorite things: renovating and selling houses and fishing. Yes, Colt 45 likes to fish. The only model I ever met who likes to fish. I can imagine Colt wearing those long wading boots and a fisherman’s hat. And nothing else.

The question I asked last week was, “Who will win the 2013 SCORE Awards?”
Right now, I don’t have an answer. The magazine readers are in the early stages of voting, and the SCORELAND ballot box hasn’t opened yet.
But I have some clues.
I am going to be shocked if Sha Rizel doesn’t win Newcomer of the Year, and the voting is certainly trending her way. But Bella French is getting a lot of action, as are Roxi Red and Rockell. I expect Sha to hold on, but who knows? Back in 2002, Crystal Gunns had a huge early lead for Newcomer of the Year, but Annie Swanson nearly caught her.
Lana’s bigger rack makes her a contender.
Hitomi is trying to pull off the Newcomer of the Year/Model of the Year double, something that has been done several times before (can you name the models who have won SCORE Newcomer and Model in consecutive years?). But it looks like the competition is going to be stiffer than a SCORE Man jacking to Hitomi. Lana Ivans, who had a boob growth spurt last year, Melissa Manning, 2012 Model of the Year Valory Irene, Daylene Rio and perennial favorite Angela White are getting a lot of votes.
Siri is worth a fuck and many votes.
The voting for XXX Performer of the Year is always interesting because a lot of the magazine readers only saw the girls in XXX pictorials while most SCORELAND voters have seen the girls in video action. This one is too close to call. Who’s winning? Depends on the day you ask me. Today, Siri is winning. Yesterday, Minka was winning. The day before, Daylene Rio was winning. Krystal Swift has been near the top, too.
As for the Big-Boob Hall of Fame, I have to admit, I’m rooting for Crystal Gunns or Cindy Cupps to get in. This could be the year for one of them. But who’s right near the top? Colt 45, Dawn Stone and Julia Miles.

The average nipple length is around 3/8th of an inch or 10mm. I was looking for longer ones. Finding long-nippled ladies for this Blog took time. Breast size and areolae size were irrelevant. I scoured the SCORELAND Model Directory. It took a while.
These are nipples that cut glass. Nipples that can poke your fucking eye out.
The best way to show nipple length in a photograph is with an angled shot. Photographing the model straight-on doesn’t show how long her nipples really are.
I wonder how much bigger the nipples shown here would get if the girls used nipple suction bulbs prior to taking their photos. The vacuum these little gizmos create draws blood into the nipples and increases firmness. Breast pumps are bigger versions of a sucking device, used mainly to stimulate the process of lactation.
Running cold water over nipples will also make them taut and elongated for a short time.
It turned out that some of the lesser-known models had the most impressively lengthy nipples.

With the comment boards on our websites and on the SCORELAND Blog, you can send your thoughts about a set, a video or a model immediately. And that’s great except many of the comments are one or two sentences. Rarely do I see anything longer than a paragraph. It’s just the nature of the electronic times we live in. Communication today is in short bursts. Texts, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr and all the rest are the norm. If we ever got a letter handwritten in cursive, I’d fall out of my chair.
Before the alleged miracle of the Web and home computers and instantly transmitting our feedback, there were the old-school letters columns. “Scorecard” began in the premiere issue of SCORE (June ’92) and has been part of the magazine every month, with rare exceptions. Intended as a reader forum, “Scorecard” is a place where comments, suggestions, criticisms, ideas, requests and questions have always been welcomed.

I was looking at your models and started wishing I could meet them or someone like them (as many readers do). And I was thinking you guys should come up with a dating service for guys (or gals) looking to date busty women. It is hard for me to date because I am busy with school and other things and it is hard for me to find the right person, not to mention hoping she is busty. Give The Photographers Credit
I have a suggestion that actually comes from my cousin who is as thrilled with SCORE as I am. He is a professional photographer and he says that one of the reasons for SCORE‘s excellence, in addition to great models of course, is the quality of the photography. In many XXX spreads, the male model blocks the view of the girl, and it’s really the girls that men want. SCORE‘s photographers are better than most in getting the right angles and viewpoints. I am not a photographer myself, but after my cousin pointed out the obvious to me, I can appreciate the difference. My cousin likes to be recognized for his work and says that the photographers’ layouts are rarely given enough credit for their work. SCORE‘s professional camera artists are among the most highly skilled in the business. My cousin suggests, and I’m passing on the suggestion, that you give the photographer credit by name at the beginning of each girl’s layout.–R.N.

Minka’s bras move in mysterious ways.
Veteran SCORE Man D.R. was announced as the winner of Minka’s most-recent signed bra giveaway (November ’12 SCORE).
“Holy shit!” D.R. wrote when I contacted him. “Minka has been my favorite model for a long time and I think I have all her videos and SCORE mags. As a founding member of SCORE, please keep looking for another Linsey Dawn McKenzie. I will send you a pic of Minka’s bra and me when I figure out how to display it in my man-cave. I am so happy. Merry Christmas to me!”

I mentioned that Minka’s bras move in mysterious ways. Here’s why.
A box showed up recently with a letter. Inside the box was an authentic Minka 44KK bra in pristine condition, signed and dated 9/19/08 from our April ’09 giveaway. This was the first bra return in over six years of bra contests. Also in the box was a mint copy of the November ’07 SCORE signed by Christy Marks from another contest. (That issue was Christy’s first magazine appearance.) The letter explained what was going on.
“To Elliot James: My new bride doesn’t want me to have these hanging around so I’m returning them to you at SCORE. An autographed copy from Christy and Minka’s autographed boulder holder. Yes, I was a double winner. Please find a new home for them.”
This is not as critical as finding a basket with two puppies on your doorstep, but we still need to find a new place of honor for these two prime articles of SCORE magazine history. So we’re re-running the contests in one shot in the October ’13 issue, on-sale July 9.

This weekend’s Scorecard letter section has a letter from longtime reader K.S. who writes “I would like to see models posing with their magazine spreads become a regular feature. I’m with K.S. on this. A digital file can’t exist without electricity and an instrument to play it. A magazine (or a DVD) is a physical object. It has a feeling of permanence to it.
I always enjoy getting a photo from a model holding one of her mags, either by the cover or open to the layout. It doesn’t happen all that often. Most of the time, we’ll take the shot when she’s back on a return trip.
But why does K.S. like this kind of photo? Because whoever is in the magazine is proud of being in the magazine, and proud of her body, and she’s happy to show it in the photo. “This is me and I’m in this magazine.”
