The most basic poses from the photographers’ guidebook

October 22, 2017 by Elliot James

A longtime member of SCORELAND and prolific letter writer who calls himself Supernova doesn’t ask to see the girls doing hardcore with one, two or three guys or an army. He doesn’t request to see the girls doing anal sex or double-penetration. He doesn’t ask to see girls standing on their heads with their ankles wrapped around their necks,  masturbation, toys or the girls jumping off a bridge, attached to a bungee cord.

No, Supernova wants to see the most-basic, simplest and easiest-to-shoot poses that any photographer could ever take. Dave blogged about this in March.

Our friend Supernova wrote this about an Erin Star pictorial and several photos in particular.

“What I had been asking for a long time, poses with the model standing up straight, arms down, boobs hanging free, no hands on boobs, the complete body from head to toe. They are spectacular, showing the full body without any distortion or anything caused by a low camera placement or the camera too close to her body. These images are what I had been asking SCORE to always include in every single update, either stills or video. We need to see the entire body.  Please always get at least these full-front, side and back photos.  Only with these kinds of images showing her full body from head to toe are we able to admire her whole beauty. For example, we can see how beautiful and spectacular her boobs They are slightly uneven. One is a little bigger than the other boob. Those measurements we can only see with a true full-frontal view, no hands on boobs, no pressing, no hiding,  just boobs hanging free and alone with the pull of gravity.”

Katie Thornton in a classic big-boob photo

October 15, 2016 by Elliot James

There are some poses in big-bust photography that never go out of style and never will. I use the word “classic” not in an old-fashioned or nostalgic way but to describe the kind of shots that busty girls will be doing 20 years from now. This is one of those shots, taken from a low angle that captures Katie Thornton’s under-cleavage and her shaved cookie-puss.

Katie takes over a posh Miami pad today, and this shot is part of the layout, plus there’s video, too. You can’t take a bad picture of this girl.

Katie is a celebrity in the UK, and SCORE is doing its part to make Katie better known in the USA. She deserves a lot more attention.

One of the essential big-tit shots, in my opinion.

“Think Pink” with Harmony Reigns

September 15, 2015 by Elliot James

What did girls do before smartphones and selfie sticks? This question requires further research.

In “Think Pink,” Harmony Reigns shoots a few pix with her selfie-stick while she’s relaxing in bed.

Then Harmony swaps her selfie-stick for a chick stick to tickle her fancy and her fanny, which means pussy in British-English (but means ass in American-English).

Harmony’s changed her hair from brunette to blonde since her last time at SCORELAND in “Picked Up & Fucked.” Her fanny, aka her pussy, remains shaved and smooth. We’ve also added a second Bonus video.

“If I’m not with a girl or a guy, I’m masturbating with a big toy,” Harmony says. “I need to cum at least once a day!”

There's always time for selfie time.

How to make a model with Noelle Easton

April 25, 2014 by Elliot James

The life of a men’s magazine photographer is a rough one. You don’t believe me?

These men spend all day in the company of beautiful, hot girls who are completely naked almost all of the time.

They must photograph them all day with hardly a minute for coffee or lunch.

They often must ask the model, on-camera, the most-intimate of questions for interview purposes, questions of a sexual nature they would be too shy to ask their own spouses.

Their faces are regularly within one foot or less of the girls’ glistening pussies, which are wet from the excitement of being exposed.

Yes, it’s a difficult, unheralded demanding job.

How these men have the strength to drag themselves to work every morning is a testament to their job dedication.

See this new Noelle Easton scene today at SCORELAND and you may find a fresh appreciation for the sacrifices these photographers make to bring you the entertainment you seek.

Men's magazine photographers are unheralded heroes.

The rise of the selfies

May 13, 2013 by Elliot James

A selfie is a photo from mild to wild that a girl takes of herself with a digital camera or phone, then invariably posts it on some social network site.

There are two kinds of selfies. Sometimes the selfie is taken in a mirror; other times when the camera is at arms-length. Then there are the double selfies when the photographer and her friend are in the shot.

Selfies came into their own when cell phones began adding camera capabilities around 2004 but they really took off when smartphones hit in 2007.

Girls could have been taking selfies for years but they didn’t. If I had told a girl in school to take a self-shot of herself, she’d have thought I was nuts. They never thought of it for a second. And there was no internet. Who would see them?

Cameras the size of smartphones and smaller have been around for decades but the exposed film needed processing and that was 24 hours at the quickest, although Polaroid cameras produced instant prints.

Ease of use and immediate gratification is what attracts girls to selfies plus the websites to show themselves to the world. The latest digital cameras and smartphones can even show the subject what the picture will look like before she takes it.

Today, girls are camera-crazy and the smartphone is responsible for it.

Social scientists are just now beginning to study this exploding phenomenon.

I like seeing SCORELAND models’ selfies. It’s just not easy for them to get their boobs in the shot.

Bursting at the seamless

November 22, 2011 by Elliot James

I want to write a few words about my favorite type of setting for photographing models.

It’s nothing.

Nothing at all.

A seamless background is simply a large roll of paper mounted on the set behind the model and pulled down to include the floor that the model is standing on. They’re available in different colors. Blue and red are often used by TSG, but we’ll use other colors and black, white and gray, too.

When I was in my early teens, I loved the work of photographer Peter Gowland. Gowland used a ton of seamless in his photos of beautiful swimsuit girls because he enjoyed simplicity and backgrounds that couldn’t distract the viewer from the reason he was taking the picture. The girl. I feel the same way. That’s what seamless is all about. The models really pop against a bare background! Seamless emphasizes a girl’s every inch because the mind zeroes in on her and her alone.

Add a couch or a chair later on in the shoot and she can do all kinds of advanced things to crank up the heat.

Seamless is also especially good for oily fun.

When shooting a possible magazine cover, seamless is traditionally the way to go.

Seamless can’t replace bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and other locations. Too much use and it loses impact. It doesn’t work with Naughty Neighbors girls. But I think at least one shoot of a busty model should be against seamless, especially the introduction pictorial. Many of my favorite sets were shot on seamless. Here are a few of them.

Boobs win by a foot

All of Melissa Mandlikova

All of Melissa Mandlikova.

A while ago, we received an email from a regular who wanted to see more feet in the pictures, specifically bare feet. His email was gigantic, so I’ll give you the Cliff Notes version: “I go nuts for your gorgeous, big-titted, all-natural models, but I also want to admire their bare feet in all their glory. I am not asking for weird stuff like bondage or peeing. I am not asking for more preggers or hirsute models, who always cause raging debates. I am not even asking to get rid of all the shoes, sneakers, socks, hoses which you (or your readers, or both) seem to adore. I am just asking you to not despise so systematically a beautiful part of every model’s body, which is so readily available: her feet, bare as they come in many real-life situations.”

Melissa footloose. Which do you like better?

Does this change your opinion of the photo?

We actually did a poll on SCORELAND about this issue, and the feet were defeated. Only 23% said they like to see both boobs and feet while 52% said feet are unimportant in big-boob photography. The remaining 25% like a mix of both. Personally, I like to see a model’s feet in the shot but I prefer seeing them wearing heels. (Stripper shoes are the best in my book.) When I’m outside and looking at girls, first I look at their chests, then I look at their feet. But I have to admit, that poll carried a lot of weight with me. The majority are just not into de feet.

Where do you stand on feet?
