Vanessa is back at SCORELAND today. It’s been months, and I’m happy to see her again.

June 20 is the official first day of summer ,and Sheridan Love is ready, willing and ample-bodied to rock a bikini.

Today at SCORELAND, Sheridan Love returns for a physical in “The Doctor Is In,” so it’s the perfect time to announce that Sheridan is the winner of SCORE‘s 2015 Hardcore Performer of the Year. The June 2016 issue is shipping to stores and subscribers now, and this edition has all of the details. Here are the basics: Hitomi has won Model of the Year for the third time, Katie Thornton took Newcomer of the Year and Merilyn Sakova was voted into the SCORE Hall of Fame.
I asked Sheridan about the contest and this scene with Doctor Carlos. (He tied up Sheridan in their first boy-girl.)
SCORE: Sheridan, congratulations. What did you think when you found out you won the Hardcore Performer award?
Sheridan: I honestly thought I would maybe get first or second runner-up, especially being it was my first year shooting hardcore. The online voting booth for the 2015 SCORE Awards has closed. We’re still busy counting the paper ballots from magazine voters (that’s a more painstaking process), and if history is any indicator, the SCORELAND voters and SCORE voters will differ sharply in their opinions. I’m sure Nate Silver, the stats whiz over at fivethirtyeight.com, would have some metric for projecting the online/magazine vote and what chance the leading online-vote getters have of winning the whole shebang.
I’m not going to give everything away, but I will tell you that the leading vote-getters among SCORELAND members were:
Newcomer of the Year: Katie Thornton, Liza Biggs and Shelby Gibson.
Model of the Year: Hitomi, Maserati and Vanessa Y.
Hardcore Performer of the Year: Katarina Dubrova, Sheridan Love and Tigerr Benson.
Hall of Fame: Kelly Christiansen, Lorna Morgan and Merilyn Sakova.
I’ve listed the leaders alphabetically, not in order of how many votes they received. You’ll have to wait until late March to find out who won.

Hitomi is trying to win a SCORE award for the fourth consecutive year.
Many questions will be answered when the ballots for the 2015 SCORE and Voluptuous Awards are counted. The voting booths are open at SCORELAND!
Among the questions:
• Can Hitomi, who made history in 2014 by winning SCORE Model of the Year for the second year in a row, make it three in a row? If she does, she’ll become the first girl to win a SCORE award four years in a row; she won Newcomer of the Year in 2012.
• Will Cindy Cupps finally get voted into the Big-Boob Hall of Fame? I’m rooting for her, but the competition is tough. Casey James, Merilyn Sakova and Lorna Morgan are among the first-time nominees.
• Will a natural win SCORE Newcomer of the Year for the eighth consecutive year?
