That naughty neighbor turns out to be Jenni Noble.

“I like someone who is open and willing to experiment,” said Jenni, a girl who was willing to experiment by contacting us.
“I’m pretty assertive. I know what I like and I’m not afraid to say it. If someone is more aggressive, I’ll be more passive, and if someone is more passive, I’ll be more aggressive. And then if I know someone, I’ll say, ‘This is what I want.'”
