“A friend of mine recommended you,” Melissa said. “I looked at the website and the magazine and decided to try it. You contacted me back right away.”
Melissa is one of the next generation of models that goes straight to pole dancing in the blink of an eye.
It’s not for every new model, of course, and it will never be for everyone, but for the adventurous types like Melissa, Sadie Blooms, Chantal Raye, Goldie Ray and other recent newcomers, the fit is right and tight.
The time for the V-mag annual awards issue is here and I am excited. As the editor of V-mag, it is my favorite issue to do because it is, as they say, the whole enchilada. There is a bit of everything and a lot of everything that is good.
There are newcomers to consider and the list of ladies is pretty great. Newbie Roxanne Miller is looking like a strong contender. So is Siri. Everyone’s favorite Latina newcomer is Nancy Navarro, it seems.
The plumpers are always fun because I like women with big tits, and these ladies are packing a lot of punch. Some of the frontrunners who stick out in my mind are Dors Feline, Angel DeLuca and Marilyn White.
There’s the XXX of the Year category, and so many people are talking about Maserati and Sabina Leigh as the ladies to beat.
There are a few subcategories to consider like Ass of the Year and Pussy of the Year, and that always makes voting more fun.
But if you ask me, the hardest category for voting this year is going to be Model of the Year. This year it is going to be fucking hard to choose a winner. I am putting that out there now so when you guys get the urge to send me emails asking why I have made it so hard to choose a favorite, I can say, “I TOLD YOU SO!”
I mean, just looking through the photos has me wondering how this contest is going to be won. It is going to go down to the wire. The winner will win by just a few votes, that is how close it is going to be. Let’s just put it this way: Hitomi vs. Karina Hart? Leanne Crow vs. Renee Ross? Elaina Gregory vs. Jenna Valentine? And that’s just HALF of the lineup. It’s going to be a hell of a contest.
You guys will be seeing the issue around November but know that it is already in the works and that the voting is going to be close this year, so make sure you get your issues early and vote right away so you don’t miss out on the fierce competition.
It’s exciting!

I predict that Siri is going to sweep the Newcomer of the Year category in V-mag.
Hitomi will be the model to beat for Model of the Year in V-mag for 2012.
I have to be honest and tell you that the times that I get to chit chat with new models and see their tits for the first time is one of the best parts of my job here at SCORELAND. It’s not just the tits, (Although c’mon, who doesn’t love tits?) but it’s also because I get to know the models before they shoot, and it’s a lot of fun to see their personalities unfold. And I get to see their tits. I know, I know…I WIN! every day. It’s true.
The newest big-boobed girl to come my way is Pennsylvania dream Sadie Bloom. She came to us by way of her boob-loving ex-boyfriend who said, “Take your tits to SCORE!” and Sadie did.
We love when that happens.
Sadie and I got to know each other and we chit chatted about her boobs, orgies, her art (she draws) and more.
I even got to unsnap her bra (with one hand, like a pro!) when she had a wardrobe malfunction while trying to whip her tits out for my perusal.
Get to know Sadie because everyone should be checking out this tall (she is 5’10”!) Amazonian woman.
Then head over to SCOREVideos and check out her debut video, posting today.
In the ’90s, print distributors and retailers began inserting mens magazines into sealed, plastic polybags. They’re opaque and only transparent at the top where the title is printed and at the bottom for the bar code. This was started for a number of reasons.
They keep those rude and naughty covers discreetly concealed from irritating juvenile delinquents and old ladies with blue hair and the noses to match.
The bag also keeps the magazine clean. It can contain the DVD bonus without the printer having to bind the disc to the magazine. They also guarantee privacy for subscribers so that a mailman can’t read a magazine first before the reader does.
Those bags can also keep an adult mag rack section from becoming a public library. I’ve heard many an exasperated clerk tell a lingering browser to either buy a mag or put it back on the shelf. I’ve heard it myself a few times when I selfishly went overtime checking out the latest magazines. However, many adult stores crack open one copy of a title so the customers can check out the contents.
Some store employees don’t like polybagged magazines, whether they’re adult or not. Bagged magazines can be hard to scan. They’re difficult to stack on the racks. They’re more labor-intensive to return because the cover must be torn off before any unsold copies are returned to the distributors for credit.
Although the bags are an established fact of print magazine publishing now, TSG still believes that a cover should be created with the highest quality in mind, even though many readers will never see it until they get home. So we spend the time to do that, down to the colors, the cover girl and the cover shot.
I’ve posted 12 TSG magazine covers from the last four years.
What I want to know is, what is your favorite cover and why?
What attracted you to that cover the most? Was it the main girl? The smaller photos? A headline?
What makes a great cover?
What makes a weak cover?
