Sticking out the tongue means different things in different cultures. In America, it can mean being angry, rebellious, insulting (the famous razz), rude, teasing or silly. In Tibet, it’s a greeting and sign of respect. Among the Maori of New Zealand, it’s a sign of fierceness.
