In the spring of 2007, we invited Bea Summer to join the SCORE staff and a group of models in Eleuthera, The Bahamas. Bea is German and had just started modeling in Germany. At the time, she was working as a hotel receptionist.
There were some passport/visa issues at the airport and they wouldn’t let her catch her flight. As a result, she wasn’t able to get to Eleuthera and missed the week. That really sucked. It’s also one of the worst feelings because the staff has invested time, money, care and planning, and a model is being blocked from her goals.
I’m positive that trip would have been a game-changer for Bea’s modeling career if she had been able to join Lorna Morgan, Christy Marks and the other girls. I can only imagine the photos and videos she would have made on that great beach and with girls like Christy.
Bea appeared in SCORE three times in 2008 and then dropped out of sight. It was a shame because her slim-n-stacked bod is just right.

The votes are starting to come in from the online voting for the 2010 SCORE Awards (the votes have been pouring in for a while now from the magazine readers), and I have to admit, I’m a little surprised. Usually, I have a pretty good idea how the voting is going to go (no surprise that Karina Hart won Model of the Year last year, Christy Marks the year before), but this year? I thought I had a clue. Turns out I didn’t.
Now, I’m not going to give you any details (that wouldn’t be fair because it might affect how things transpire between now and January 1, when the polls close, but I will tell you this:
For SCORE Newcomer of the Year, we seem to have a five-way race, and there seems to be at least a chance that we’ll see a Newcomer of the Year first.
For SCORE Model of the Year, the race seems to be between six girls, and the leader changes from day-to-day. There’s also a good chance that we’ll see a Model of the Year first.
For the Big-Boob Hall of Fame, I was pretty sure that votes would come pouring in for Crystal Gunns, and they are, but they’re also pouring in for six others models, too. This might’ve been one of those years when we should have inducted two models, but we’ll stick with the rules and induct one.
And since I’m the editor of SCORE, not Voluptuous (and I don’t have to be impartial), I’m going to publicly cast my vote in the “Pussy of the Year” category.
