Many happy returns
Out of the blue. In more ways than one.
This Sunday and Monday is one of the more surprising comebacks I’ve ever seen in all the time I’ve been at The SCORE Group. Diane Poppos’ unexpected return last week was great, and this is too, in a different way. Here’s some quick backstory. Over ten years ago, one of our photographers, Peter, found a girl and photographed her for one solo pictorial. Her name was Desiree and she was from Pennsylvania, just visiting south Florida. Now and then, we find a tourist here for the sun and fun for a week or so. Spring break, personal vacations and all that. Anyway, she posed and her pictorial was eventually published in September 2001 Voluptuous. The mag hit the racks, soon replaced by the next issue, and that was the last time anyone here saw or heard from Desiree again. I’ve never seen her pictures in any other magazine.
Discovered on the beach more than ten years ago.
A few weeks ago, one of our studio reps sent the editors an email with “doctor shots” of a girl who’d just contacted BeASCOREModel and was interested in modeling. Our rep wrote in her email that Desiree had modeled before for us but I drew a complete blank when I saw the attached snaps that Desiree included. Even that distinctive tit tat didn’t register. I thought she was a newcomer. Looking her up in SCORELAND‘s Model Directory repaired my memory short circuit. The tat was a dead giveaway. And ya know what? Desiree had definitely changed! Overall, Desiree has majorly blossomed into a real hottie. Compare this new pic to her first and only layout. Not only did her body transform, but Desiree said she would do boy-girl if we wanted. As far as I know, Dave hasn’t interviewed Desiree on video. But if he gets the chance to at some point, and I hope he does, I have a bunch of questions for him to ask. What motivated Desiree to contact us after so many years and out of the blue? What’s she been up to all these years? Has she been following SCORE or V-mag? What’s the tat mean?
