One of the most impressive results in SCORE‘s “20 Greatest Naturals” poll was Valory Irene‘s meteoric rise from 2011 newcomer to being named one of the elite 20. Just as impressive is that when she debuted in the March 2011 issue of SCORE (and in a month-long special at SCORELAND), Valory didn’t spread her legs, no less show pink. But in the November ’11 issue, a lucky guy got to massage her tits. The first time we picked our “20 Greatest Naturals” in the September 2001 issue, the editors made the picks. This time, we got SCORE readers in on the fun, and thousands submitted ballots (which wasn’t easy because they had to pick 20 girls).

A few comments:
Still No. 1 after all these years
1. Linsey Dawn McKenzie received the most votes by far. She was named on 99% of the ballots.
2. Valory Irene made the list despite having debuted in SCORE only nine months earlier. That’s very impressive.
3. Miosotis won 2010 Newcomer of the Year over Karla James, but Karla made the “20 Greatest Naturals” and Miosotis didn’t (barely). What happened?
4. Danni Ashe, who doesn’t have huge tits but does have great tits, made the list, and I’m thinking that’s partly because of her long-term contribution to big-boobdom.
Of course, no sooner had the Sept. ’11 issue been put to bed than a few more great naturals came along, namely Leanne Crow and Venera. That reminded me of 2001, when Sharday debuted two months after the first “20 Greatest Naturals” issue, immediately outdating it.
That’s a problem I could live with forever.

Guess who they are.” And then, “Some of you have probably figured out the cast for our latest feature.” And then, “Starting August 1st, The SCORE Group will post one model a day, showing you exactly who was part of the adventure.”

SCORE was born in June 1992, and so it goes that the world’s No. 1 big-boob mag will celebrate its 20th anniversary with the June 2012 issue. It’s an occasion that calls for something special…but just what?
We celebrated the 10th anniversary of SCORE with what we called “The Greatest Big-Tit Magazine Ever Made.” The goal of that issue was to depict the history of the magazine in words and pictures. For each year of SCORE, we presented a full pictorial of a girl who best represented that year. Then we accompanied each year with two or three pages of mini-sidebar stories about the main big-boob events of that year. It was, as head honcho John Fox called it, “a labor of love.”
June ’07 SCORE. Our 15th anniversary.
We celebrated the 15th anniversary with an historic 132-page edition that was packed with 248 photos. “Our goal,” I wrote, “was to get you off with the most jackable photos we could find.” In other words, the greatest big-tit jack mag ever. We topped that off with a “15 Years of SCORE” party at SCORELAND that we’re still recovering from. It was a labor of very tired eyes.
So, two anniversaries, two different types of celebrations. Well, on the publishing calendar, the June 2012 issue is right around the corner, and now I’m going to ask you: What can we do to make that our best anniversary issue ever?
I have several ideas, but I’d like to know what you want to see. No, we can’t bring back retired models (except for Diane Poppos). Put on your editor’s cap and brainstorm some ideas. AND THINK BIG. This is our 20th, you know. Most marriages don’t last that long.

Puma lays the smack down on a Blog reader who made an ungentlemanly remark about one of her SCORE girlfriends.
One of the best things about the SCORELAND Blog is that it’s a place for boob lovers to make comments and share their opinions. For me and the other editors, many of the comments by Blog readers have been interesting, insightful and a way for us to better serve our magazine readers and website members.
With that in mind, we’ve tried to make this an open forum with little or no censorship. So, if you want to say, “SCORE sucks,” or “Dave’s an asshole and I can’t believe he’s the editor of SCORE,” go right ahead. We and I can take it.
And you’re perfectly free to criticize the models and the pictorials with comments like, “She doesn’t turn me on,” or “Her boobs are too small,” or “I don’t like augmented boobs” or something that’s within the boundaries of decency, always remembering that these models are real women who are putting themselves out there for your pleasure.
Which is why comments like, “She’s a pig,” or “She’s ugly” or “I wouldn’t fuck her with your dick” don’t make it past the Blog moderator.
I mean, by putting a little thought into your comment (and taking into account that you’re referring to another human being) instead of firing off the first thing that enters your mind, it’s easy to come up with a constructive or otherwise unoffensive criticism.
So, the reader who tried to comment, “She’s ugly”? Now you know why your comment wasn’t approved.
Other things that won’t get approved: 1.) Links to non-SCORE Group websites; 2.) Your email address, mailing address and/or phone number.
I mean, even, “I don’t find her attractive,” or, “She’s not my type” or “I liked her better when…” is better than, “She’s ugly.” And if you’re saying, “That’s censorship,” well, yeah, then I guess it is.

Daphne Rosen offers up her credentials for XXX SCORE Girl of the Year. Her pussy and asshole are her other credentials.

As many of you probably know, for 2010, Voluptuous magazine added a bunch of categories to its year-end awards voting. In addition to Model of the Year (V-Mag’s oldest award) and Newcomer of the Year, V-Mag now has Bush of the Year (Aileen Ghettman), Preggo of the Year (Lorna Morgan), Ass of the Year (Cherry Brady), Pussy of the Year (Jenna Valentine), Areolae of the Year (Denise Davies) and Hardcore of the Year (Christy Marks).
That last category is the one I want to focus on today. SCORE reader R.N. from New Jersey recently wrote in, “At the risk of seeming presumptuous, I’d like to suggest a category for future voting. I think many readers would like to vote for XXX SCORE Girl of the Year, the girl whose boy/girl layouts are the hottest. There would be some tough competition, I’m sure.”
The look on Christy's face says, "I want to be XXX SCORE Girl of the Year." Unfortunately, Christy, there's no such award…yet.
This isn’t the first time we’ve received that suggestion, but the fact is, we’ve resisted adding to SCORE‘s current awards categories (Newcomer of the Year, Model of the Year and Big-Boob Hall of Fame) for a variety of reasons:
1. We don’t want to water down or deemphasize the existing awards.
2. Many readers in the UK wouldn’t be able to participate because they get the censored UK edition without hardcore sex.
3. Many readers and SCORELAND members already object to competitions between the models (and I kinda agree that everything doesn’t have to be a competition).
But should we change our minds? Should we implement XXX SCORE Girl of the Year when the 2011 awards finalists are announced?
And to qualify, would a tits and tugs scene be enough, or would a cock have had to have penetrated the girl’s sacred pussy and/or asshole?
Whaddya think? Should we or shouldn’t we?

With all this hubbub about the great Diane Poppos making her return to SCORELAND, I started thinking about all the other legends who came and went and then came again for your cumming enjoyment. Greats like Cherry Brady (A personal favorite of mine!), Michelle Bond and Autumn Jade. In my opinion, they are what I like to call COMEBACK QUEENS. Then of course I started thinking about all the greats who came and went and never came back. (Clearly this made me sad. 🙁 ) Ladies like Nadine Jensen and the great Nicole Peters. Writing from West Midlands, United Kingdom, SCORE magazine reader C.A. argued, “Miosotis shouldn’t have won Newcomer of the Year. Sure, she’s a beautiful woman and her tits are special, but I think she won it on tit size alone, which shows that a lot of voters (possibly a lot of the younger readers) were naive in their choice.”
I found C.A.’s comments to be reasonable and level-headed (although possibly a bit egocentric in that he only seems to be able to see his view). But then a few weeks ago on the Blog, C.A. once again commented on Miosotis, this time more passionately: “miosotis winning newcommer is fucking ridiculous, people voted purely on tit size… nieve voting, proberbly lots of younger readers most of whom have only just started looking at big tits….”
This kind of confused me because in his original comments, C.A. conceded that Miosotis is beautiful but then said she won on “tit size alone.” Well, which one is it? I think the combination of beauty and tit size (KKK-cup naturals, by the way) is good enough credentials for Newcomer of the Year. No?
C.A. isn’t the only one who has taken issue with Miosotis winning Newcomer of the Year, which surprised me because Miosotis didn’t merely win the award by a little. She won by a lot. The voting wasn’t close (unlike in 2009, when Ashley Sage Ellison won by a little and seemingly the entire SCORE reader base had something to say about it).
I’ll also point out this: The readership of SCORE tends to be older than the membership of SCORELAND, and Miosotis fared better among the magazine readers than she did among the website members. In other words, by extrapolation, the older crowd was voting for Miosotis.
Was I surprised that Miosotis won Newcomer of the Year? Yes. Very surprised. If you want to know why, check out the results of the “Best of the Decade” Top 100 at SCORELAND. But do I think she was a worthy winner? Yes. Beauty and tit-size, you know. And she fucks on camera.
But call me naive. Old, but naive.
